The Good That People Have Said About This Treadmill / Treadmill Accessory: Sturdily built. Easy assembly. The incline makes you work out hard. Rollers are good. Tough workout. Good, cheap price.
The Bad That People Have Said About This Treadmill / Treadmill Accessory: Seems to have problems if you are near the 250 pound weight limit (Belt goes out of whack or off center). Noisy. Cheaply designed.
Personal Opinion: This got about 50% good and bad reviews. So I'm guessing unless you are a casual, semi-light person (weighing less than 220 pounds), I'd probably look at different treadmill, especially if you're looking for a manual one.

Update 1 98516 Manual Treadmill: This phoenix treadmill is ideal for people who have little money to spend. The reason this is important is because with the extra money you save, you can use it to buy other items or foods and drinks taht will improve your health. Remember, a phoenix treadmill is only a means to an end, not the end. For example, if you bought green tea to accelerate your metabolism, you will burn more fat, making your treadmill workouts a lot more effective for less time and effort spent. Since you are using a manual treadmill such as the 98516 manual treadmill, you will have the added bonus of expending more energy (and therefore burning more calories) because you need to push the pedals and sticks that much harder.
If you are beyond the weight capacity of this treadmill, I recommend jogging around the inside or outside of your home (if you're too embarrassed to go out) or doing 100-500 jump ropes (or until you get super exhausted). If you burn just 100 calories a day in 10 minutes, that's 700 calories burned per week for only 70 minutes worth of effort. This starts off your metabolism again and you will naturally burn more calories as a result. Once you get lighter, you can then hop on this 98516 Manual Treadmill and use it like normal, thus signifcantly increasing the calories you burn, which in turn speeds up your metabolism even further. At some point you reach your natural weight and yo ucan tell because you actually startl ooking great.

Update 2: Phoenix 98516 treadmill is an interesting Phoenix 98516 treadmill. It could be one of the best but most underrated treadmills in the industry. Why? because the quality and parts are pretty much the same as maybe a bowflex or nordic track or sole treadmill, but also because the customer reviews are generally pretty positive about it.
Now remember, this is a manual Phoenix 98516, which means there's not much motors or automatic gears and stuff. It's all manual and physical powered by the user (You). This means you gotta use your whole own body to move the parts and walk or jog or run or uh stair climb on stuff like this. Hey, it's cheap and effective and at the end of the day you'll be healthy and great looking and then get laid in bed, with whomever, and it's all thanks to the Phoenix 98516.
