Review of 9 Body Elliptical Treadfit Treadmill Ultimate Using Week

The Good That People Have Said About This Treadmill / Treadmill Accessory: "Works good on a 40 year old person, not too intensive, noticeable results after 4 to 5 days per week for a couple of weeks (about an hour duration).

The Bad That People Have Said About This Treadmill / Treadmill Accessory: "Poorly organized. Useful only if you are totally new to working out with exercise equipment (an elliptical treadmill in this particular case). Complaints about simplicity and lack of content. 'All fluff and little content.' It's similiar to a magazine.

Personal Opinion: Doesn't seem like too many people liked this book (if you can call it that). Still, if you're brand new or want a simple exercise (and maybe not the complicated exercising stuff) then this how to fitness guide might be worth the price; it's fairly cheap.

Update 1 Treadfit: 9 weeks to your ultimate body using a treadmill or elliptical
hand/workbook. Not much to say except that some folks have added some snarky comments about the handbook. Some others yet still defend the usefullness of the workouts as laid out in this Treadfit: 9 weeks to your ultimate body using a treadmill or elliptical. My rating for this item still remains unchanged until something more obvious occurs.
