The Good That People Have Said About This Treadmill / Treadmill Accessory: "Good finish, customer support and manufacturer actually responded directly to complaints of this treadmill. Great price."
The Bad That People Have Said About This Treadmill / Treadmill Accessory: "Annoying assembly, poor quality, loud."
Personal Opinion: It turns out these original t72's were poor quality and loud and shoddy. Then Horizon saw the reviews and corrected the problems. Now users report that this is a much more sturdier treadmill and have been much better in customer support, especially with this model. I believe this model was used as the precursor for the future t models such as the t73 and t82 (which got superior reviews and is often compared in quality to the bowflex or nordictrack treadmills). Overall, you may want to pick up this treadmill if you're really looking to buy a cheap, discounted treadmill. Enjoy.
