Easy setup. Short installation manual. Really powerful motor. Strong frame with very cushioned belt. Easy to read panel for 1/4th mile track reading. Easy to fold, comfortable for walking if you have a heart problem or might want to take things slow at first. Nice clothing rack. Can't change display panel settings."Personal Opinion: For the price, it seems to be very high quality and great for getting in shape no matter what your fitness style and age. The only problem does seem to be the fan on the unit, which can get quite loud but without an actual decibel noise indicator from users, who knows what "loud" really is. Give this treadmill a shot.

Update 1 Profrom 4000 treadmill instructions: The manual and product state that this treadmill has the patented "Pro Tech Impact Absorbtion" technology wich uses a special mat material and hydraulics plus air sucker which combines into a system to direct impact force away from your knees and joints, thus preventing injury there.
